I do stock, professional, and art photography. Most of the stock work is on iStockPhoto, though not very much. I had moved so quickly from doing professional photos to professional videos, it made more sense to showcase video.

Photography has always been an interest of mine. Since I was very young, I was fascinated by the mechanism, chemistry, and skill of shooting photos. I took a photo class in high school, but I would learn the majority of my skills on my own with a digital camera and experimentation. Add into the mix a couple of photo books and you have the makings for a nice set of pictures.

Professionally, I have done eBay photos for myself and a variety of others selling a variety of things. I’ve shot photographs for Paragon Space Development Corporation. Some of these photos are still visible on their website; they are not allowed in my portfolio due to the sensitive nature of some of the items photographed. I believe there were specific patent and other intellectual property issues cited.

In 2009, I took a series of photographs and video for Arizona Game and Fish through Matrix Resources for their then-new web-based map application which allowed you to search for fishing sites in Arizona. It was a uniquely challenging experience in which I was assigned to photograph boat launches and docks on specific lakes handled by AZGFD. Unfortunately, I’m not certain of the site location anymore and my work was combined with that of dozens of other assignment photographers, but my lakes were Rose Canyon on Mt. Lemmon, Silverbell Lake in Tucson, numerous lakes in the Safford area and Mt. Graham, Patagonia, Parker Canyon, Peña Blanca and a slew of others over a three-day whirlwind photo journey. Frankly, one of my most challenging adventures ever! I got to 4-wheel up a mountain just to take one photo and then got chased away by cattle! I will find those photos and post them here soon.
